We pride ourselves on our proven track record in project management.
We have successfully led various significant projects, ranging in value from a few tens of thousands of dollars up to millions of dollars. We adopt sophisticated project management techniques, including the PRINCE2 methodology, and are familiar with a number of project support tools including Microsoft Project, Open Project, DOORS and Machiavelli.
The PRINCE2 methodology ensures that control of the project remains where it belongs – firmly in the hands of the client. The client is presented with clearly articulated information and options at each stage of the project to ensure that they remain informed throughout the progress of the project and are always in a position to make sensible business decisions. Crucially, project outcomes remain linked to the underlying business case throughout the project lifecycle. C-E Solutions and C-E Services manages project complexity on our clients’ behalf to deliver them simplicity.
We have many staff who are trained as PRINCE2 Practitioners, and are certified to do so. The same people provided to perform Project Management services are the same people that have successfully delivered projects under C-E Solutions. Examples of the projects are highlighted in our news section and it is fair to say that several of them were achieved within highly aggressive timeframes.
