History

Whilst not always specific in time, the following provides a history of C-E Solutions' progress.

  • Communications-Electronics Solutions Pty Ltd was founded by Boris Novak in January 2000 and the trading name C-E Solutions was registered
  • Shares were sold to later in July 2000 when two new partners wanted in, significantly improving C-E Solutions' capabilities
  • C-E Solutions established an office at Nelson Bay in April 2002
  • C-E Solutions established presence in The University of Newcastle in 2002 for collaborative Research and Development in ICT endeavours
  • The Company launched the availability of a secure gateway technology, transferred by the Boeing Company from the USA, in February 2003
  • The Company achieved ISO9001:2000 Certification first in 2003
  • C-E Solutions won its first major contract with Defence to supply and construct a 60' radome on Bathurst Island, Northern Territory.
  • The Company received two Research and Development grants from the Australian Research Council, and with this, sponsored 3 PhD students for 3 years
  • C-E Solutions was accepted as a participant to the RPDE Program in 2004
  • The Company purchased new premises and moved to Taylors Beach in December 2007
  • The new trading name C-E Services is registered for use in 2008
  • The Company was cleared by Australian Defence as trusted for sensitive materiel in April 2008
  • The Company's ISO9001:2000 Certification was upgraded to ISO9001:2008 in 2008
  • C-E Solutions was awarded "Business Achievement" at the Hunter Business Awards 2009
  • C-E Solutions was awarded "Excellence in Innovation" at the Hunter Manufacturing Awards 2009
  • C-E Solutions was awarded "Excellence in Technology" at the Hunter Manufacturing Awards 2009
